Dreame A1 Roboticmower

Hello,
I bought a Dreame A1 robotic lawnmower (SN:P2255043VEU0014432) on eBay used, but unfortunately, it has a PIN that I don't know. Can you help me reset it to factory settings and set my PIN?

1. Jeśli A1 użytkownika obecnie nie jest odłączony od aplikacji, może w ustawieniach aplikacji wybrać „Zmień kod PIN” - „Zapomniałem kodu PIN, przejdź do resetowania” i postępować zgodnie z instrukcjami aplikacji, aby zresetować kod PIN.  
2. Jeśli A1 użytkownika został odłączony, proszę zaaranżować naprawę.

Hello, unfortunately, it's not possible to reset the PIN from the robot. I've tried many combinations. I put it into PIN reset mode using the buttons, then a factory reset, but that didn't help. I contacted Dreame service in my country, but they said they couldn't do it. Is there another option for a factory reset? I have a great device, but I can't use it in its current state. Please help.
