X50 ultra stopped docking properly, rotates like tank with broken track

My x50 started to have problem with docking, while docking it rotates one way like the wheel is blocked or some rotation sensor is broken..

It happens only in docking sequence, while
Cleaning the robot goes straight and can reverse straight.

Tried:
cleaning sensors around,
checking bumper if clicks normally,
Checking wheels if they rotate normally and there is no dirt or any blocking objects.
cleaning sensor under,
cleaning lidar tower sensor,
restarting to factory settings
Manually placing in base and then trying again

Nothing worked.

Nope. After changing base placement, restarting to factory settings and new mapping, still can’t  get back to base.

Yup. Seems like the base station has some issues. Even forced  cleaning doesnt work.  Sending to service
